Our Mission The Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators, the state organization for school personnel practitioners, is a unified voice on personnel issues and guarantees to help each member maximize competencies through professional development activities and statewide resource networks.
PASPA is a statewide organization founded in 1986 by representatives of the Eastern Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators and the Western Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators.
Our goals are to
- Provide a vehicle for presenting a stronger, unified voice on legislative issues;
- Share expertise on topics important to school personnel administrators;
- Establish a statewide network of professionals who can communicate freely on common issues;
- Sponsor state and/or regional workshops, seminars, on topics of interest to school personnel administrators.

Membership Options
Regional options are $20 per person, in addition to an Individual, Institutional, Retiree or Friend of PASPA membership.
Regional Eastern, Central, and Western groups. Each sponsors a variety of regional programs and meetings throughout the year.

Membership Options: Please note: PASPA memberships are transferable, but not refundable.
Individual $125.00 Human resource or personnel practitioner working in a Public School District, AVTS, State Licensed Private School, Intermediate Unit, or Institution of Higher Education. An Individual member is entitled to one vote.
Institutional $150.00 A Public School District, AVTS, State Licensed Private School, Intermediate Unit, or Institution of Higher Education may apply for the Institutional Membership. Three memberships are included in this option. The Institutional membership is entitled to one vote. *Additional individuals may be enrolled at $35.00 per each per year.
Friend of PASPA $250.00 A Commercial or Business membership includes a PASPA website advertisement and a ¼ page ad in the Annual Conference program. A full page conference program ad is available for $500.00. Graphics for web and program advertisements should be sent directly to: paspa_webmaster@hotmail.com jpg or pdf file format. This is a non-voting membership category.
Retiree $10.00 A former member, now retired, may retain his/her membership and is entitled to attend all PASPA functions at either a free or reduced rate. This is a non-voting membership category.
Regional Associations in Support of PASPA
Each sponsors a variety of programs and meetings throughout the year. Regional memberships are $20.00 per person. This fee is in addition to the Individual, Institutional, or Friend of PASPA Membership fee.
