Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators (PASPA)

The Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators (PASPA) is seeking a dynamic, people-centric, customer-focused, business-minded individual to serve as our Executive Director beginning July 1, 2019. The Executive Director oversees the Association’s finances and day-to-day operations and is the point of contact for all Association inquiries and business. With input and direction from the Board of Directors, the Executive Director organizes and oversees the annual conference and works closely with the Board of Directors and the PASPA Consultant to plan ongoing professional development opportunities for K-12 school HR administrators across the Commonwealth. Those with recent PA K-12 school HR experience and the ability and willingness to assume association leadership, public relations and webmaster responsibilities are encouraged to apply. Current or past PASPA membership is strongly preferred. Applicants should be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Some budgeting and/or business experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will work from his/her home office, and some overnight travel is required. This is a contracted, part time position with variable hours averaging 20-25 hours per week (depending on time of the year) with an annual stipend of approx. $37,000+/- depending upon experience.
