Honoring HR Impact – 40 Years of PASPA Excellence

Join us as we celebrate PASPA’s 40th Anniversary at the 2026 Annual Conference! For four decades, PASPA has been dedicated to advancing Human Resources excellence in Pennsylvania’s schools, supporting the professionals who shape the success of our districts every day. This year’s conference will honor the incredible impact of school HR leaders, reflect on our shared journey, and inspire the future of our profession. Don’t miss this milestone event filled with networking, learning, and celebration of HR’s vital role in education.

Register before November 15th and you will receive the Early Bird Discount. You can also take advantage of our Full Conference Group Rate discount, First Time Attendee discount or daily on-site registration options.

Don't forget to reserve your overnight accommodations at one of the hotels surrounding the Convention Center. You can find a list of options by clicking on the “Hotel” button below. Dowler Award Nominations

Registration modifications are permitted until Sunday, February 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, December 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made through December 25, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on or after December 26, 2025 through January 25, 2026 will receive a credit to their PASPA account in the amount of 50% of their registration fee to be used toward a future PASPA event within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made on or after January 26, 2026 will not receive a refund or credit.
