***Virtual registrations do not include meals. All virtual registrations or changes to virtual after February 15, 2026 will not receive an attendee gift box. The virtual link must not be shared. Each person wishing to attend virtually must submit a registration form.
**Group Rate is only applicable to members of the same organization.
First Time Attendee Discount applies only to the attendee who will be attending the conference for the first time. Use the coupon code 2026FirstTime on the invoice page. Only one coupon per invoice may be applied.
Registration modifications are permitted until Sunday, February 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, December 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made through December 25, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on or after December 26, 2025 through January 25, 2026 will receive a credit to their PASPA account in the amount of 50% of their registration fee to be used toward a future PASPA event within the next 12 months.
Cancellations made on or after January 26, 2026 will not receive a refund or credit.
